Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Collaboration & Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to deeply understand customer needs, structure those requirements, develop customized unit economics models, and design tailored logistics solutions.

• Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Conduct industry research, collect market intelligence, and analyze competitor dynamics to ensure the company’s solutions are competitive and well-aligned with market demands.

• Onboarding & Implementation Management: Lead client onboarding projects to ensure a smooth and successful launch of logistics services.

• Process Optimization & Profitability Management: Support continuous improvement of operational processes and work cross-functionally to enhance overall project profitability.

• Case Review & Knowledge Development: Document and review key project cases, extract insights and lessons learned, and continuously enhance the company’s logistics solution capabilities and professional expertise.

Qualifications:

• Engineering or operations background combined with sales experience; must have a solid understanding of physical operational constraints and dangerous goods (DG) regulations.

• Strong experience in logistics operations, solution design, or project management, with the ability to independently develop and implement logistics solutions.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex challenges effectively.
