Sales Manager
Location: On-site | Walnut, CA
Job Type: Full Time | Travel Required

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand warehouse and RMA logistics services;
Identify and acquire new clients including e-commerce brands, manufacturers, and distributors;
Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle;
Establish long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
2. Sales Team Leadership
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue targets;
Set clear sales KPIs and performance goals;
Provide coaching, training, and performance management for sales staff;
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance analysis.
3. Sales System & Commission Structure Development
Design and implement a scalable sales process and CRM management structure;
Develop commission and incentive programs for the sales department;
Establish performance-based compensation models aligned with company profitability;
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery;
Coordinate pricing strategies and operational feasibility for new projects;
Ensure client expectations are aligned with operational capabilities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL industry;
Proven track record of business development and client acquisition;
Experience leading or managing a sales team preferred;
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Experience designing sales commission structures is a strong plus;
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies;
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing client network in logistics, e-commerce, or electronics industries;
Experience selling warehouse services or RMA solutions;
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools;
Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus.
