Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities:


1. Revenue & Growth


● Own total revenue and gross profit targets

● Drive new business acquisition and existing account expansion



2. Commercial System


● Build and enforce pipeline management, forecasting, and Deal Desk governance

● Establish pricing strategy and margin control mechanisms



3. Sales Leadership


● Lead BD, KAM, Solution Architect, Sales Ops and Marketing teams

● Build a high-performance, KPI-driven sales organization



4. Cross-functional Execution


● Ensure all deals are operationally feasible and financially sound

● Align Sales, Ops, Finance, and Legal



Qualifications:


● 12+ years in logistics / supply chain

● Proven track record of managing $100M+ annual revenue

● Strong P&L ownership

● Experience in building sales systems and pricing governance

● Experience in high-growth or transformation-stage companies

● Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
